About the Book
Writing a book is not something I ever envisioned doing in my life. That is because I could not read or write at the age of eleven years old. Both of my parents were illiterate, and my inability to comprehend subjects during lessons in classroom at school was compounded by the fact that the English language was not spoken at our house. Hence the author of this book is the Holy Ghost, and I am just a vessel in His holy and powerful hands.
On August 10, 2016, I was meditating and my spirit man was rejoicing over all the wonderful things the Almighty God had been doing in my life. I thought of His great goodness and mercy, which He had shown to me for as long as I could remember. Just as I was reminiscing, the Lord Jesus Christ suddenly spoke to my spirit man that I should put them in a book. The Almighty God told me to recount my encounters and experiences with Him as my testimony of His reality and the divinity of Jesus Christ. While I was still chewing on what the Lord was saying to me, I saw myself in an open vision, holding a completed book between my right arm and the side of my body. There was also a pen between my fingers, and I had not even prayed yet. When the vision was taken away, I prayed about it and asked the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob for His help. To be perfectly honest, the very last thing on my mind to do in life was write a book. In fact, it had never even crossed my mind once, in all the years I had lived, until the message came from the living God. But I did not entertain any fear at all, because I knew that the Almighty God would help me accomplish whatever He has called me to do and take all the glory, honor, and praise for it. Then I informed my wife about the vision and the potential project. I also asked her to pray with me. I told a couple of people about what Jesus Christ had revealed to me, as I try to do sometimes so that when it becomes a reality, one or two people can say they were aware of it as well.
Two days later, before I even started thinking of how to start the project, what to write in the book, or make any plans, I received an email from FaithGateway free, on behalf of Westbow Press. On it was an invitation: “Answer the call to publish your book—get your free guide.” The email arrived in my inbox at 12:20 p.m. I had never received an email like that before. My heart strongly believed that it was not a happenstance, but a clear and direct message from the Holy Ghost, to confirm what the Lord Jesus Christ had instructed me to do. On that same day, not having much to work with, at 6:33 p.m. eastern time, the first words in this book were penned, by the power of the Holy Ghost. Amen! There was no computer or typewriter (I had none), and there were no suggestions or ideas from anyone else, but the Holy Ghost helped me complete the book in seven weeks. It was all handwritten.
